Our tour will stir up the wine lovers, through a visit of one of the most famous Chianti wine- estate.
Upon arrival in the castle, surrounded by vineyards, you will be welcomed in the traditional Tuscan way. We’ll follow with visit of the historical cellars under the castle and after having found one of the secrets of wine making, you can indulge in the sampling and tasting of four prestigious wines, comfortably sat at tables laid with sparkling wine-glasses ready to be filled.
The tasting menu will also include typically Tuscan snacks – crostini (toasted Tuscan bread) with fresh tomato, Tuscan salami, bruschetta with extra-virgin olive oil of the estate and the local pecorino cheese.
The second winery is family runned and you’ll try 4 wines while the owner will explane you about how this divine liquid is made.
Finally, prepare yourself to fall in love with a traditional Tuscan dessert wine: a glass of Vin Santo (Holy Wine), into which you can dunk the famous Tuscan biscuits cantuccini!
On this tour you’ll have a chance to visit the ancient villages of Greve and Castellina, to immerse yourself in the real Tuscany.
